Very good location

The hotel was in a great location being close to several metro stations. The room was very clean and comfortable. As expected the room was small but had all the facilities needed. The free amenities at reception was a good concept and we were able to extend checkout time at a reasonable cost. Would stay here again

As expected in Japan the room was small and unfortunately we didn't have a view

Cosy, clean and 100% recommend

Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the station, amazing hotel, loved the deep bath, comfy bed and pillows, laundry facilities and looked forward to returning every evening after a day exploring. Would 100% recommend!

Great location, comfortable but small room.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, great location, we were maximum half an hour away (door to door) to Tokyo's main attractions, as there are 3 different Subway lines available. Good selection of amenities available at the lobby.

Small room, one side of the bed was against the wall, with no bedside table. Like other places we stayed in Japan, no real closet/wardrobe. No space to store our luggage.

Great hotel with good location

Loved the convenient location! Was very clean and quiet. Allowing guests to select what amenities they needed by the front desk wherever they wanted was very convenient. There’s lots of food options close by, and the hotel is a two minute walk from the train.

The hotel breakfast seemed pretty expensive for what was offered. Also, housekeeping starts cleaning pretty early (around 9am), and could be pretty noisy.

Wonderful

Very beautiful hotel and amazing location, amazing vibe.

The rooms like most other hotels in Tokyo are extremely small so you can only open the suitcases on the bed one at a time - I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.

Good room size and good location

Great location with easy access to public transport, good sized rooms and beautiful decor.

Compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Japan, we found this one to be the worst and it was the most expensive. The cleaning especially the bathroom was not good, there was a lack of maintenance in the rooms, breakfast is expensive and doesn't have many options, nothing is fresh, not the bread, not the few fruits and not even the eggs, and personally we found the bed very soft, which made us wake up with back pain, but I know that this is a personal criterion.

A good hotel with good Subway access!

I liked this hotel and the area is will located to 3 subway stations, Hamacho only 2 minute walk away. The hotel has potential to be a 9 or 10 out of 10, just a couple of things erked me including the cleanliness of the room/bathroom, which once brought to the attention at front desk, they had the cleaners do a thorough job that day. Staff are helpful and let us keep bags pre and post check in/out. They have a good amenities selection for guests. The breakfast is good and covers all bases, but gets crowded.

As mentioned, the cleaners need to have a bit more attention to detail. If I can see it, they definitely can see it.

Super location, good for families or couples.

Location was rather convenient. It was within reasonable walking distance to Tokyo Station, with Hamacho station right downstairs, and Ningyocho station about 5-10min walk away. The room size was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children). Convenient store was also very close by. Its not too crowded too.

No crib/cot provided. Breakfast was not provided for the first few days (as they were only just starting to offer it on 1 Nov whereas we were there from 28th Nov). Regardless, food options nearby were abundant so no real issues there. We had to remind the hotel staff to give us extra towels every day (as we had extra tiny humans to dry after our showers) and one day, the staff even told us to get it ourselves from the lobby (instead of sending it up). We also reminded the property a number of times about the sink that did not drain properly, eventually I fixed it myself.

Our favorite area to stay in Tokyo

Location and comfort. The area is not touristic/busy. It is a nice place to walk, you have also many options for a nice coffee or dinner. Everything was easy and we didn't face any problems.

If we had to check-out even a few minutes later than expected there was a charge. They could be more flexible. We didn't try the breakfast but we checked the buffet which didn't seem interesting at all.

Good stay, no frills.

A good standard hotel, no frills and relatively small as expected. Location was in a quiet part of Tokyo but had good accessibility via numerous different train lines.

Very small standard rooms. If you have a lot of luggage, I would recommend upgrading to a bigger room or stay elsewhere.
